Bullying in elementary schools remains a critical issue as it affects students’ emotional well-being, social interaction, and academic engagement. To address this problem, many schools in Indonesia have implemented the School Ramah Anak (SRA) program as a strategic effort to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. SDN Pleburan 01 Semarang is one of the schools committed to strengthening bullying prevention through the development of child-friendly school management. This research aims to analyze the strategies used in managing a child-friendly school to prevent and address bullying at SDN Pleburan 01 Semarang. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, students, and the SRA team. The findings show that the school has implemented comprehensive prevention efforts, including needs-based planning, integration of character-building activities, stakeholder involvement, and the use of technology such as the Si Galing application for anonymous reporting. The study also found a reduction in bullying cases and improvements in students’ sense of safety, emotional comfort, and classroom participation. The research concludes that effective child-friendly school management requires structured planning, collaborative implementation, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable bullying prevention in elementary schools.
